Framework & transparency
ONEAD's contracts are awarded in accordance with national public-procurement regulations, under the oversight of the National Public Procurement Commission (CNMP). Publication of notices, equal treatment of bidders and traceability of procedures are its guiding principles.
How to take part
1. Obtain the file
Obtain the tender file from the Directorate of Studies and Projects or via the official portals.
2. Prepare your bid
Put together your technical and financial bid in accordance with the consultation rules.
3. Submission
Submit your sealed bid before the deadline stated in the notice. Contact: dep@onead.dj.
